Arts specialists roles include general crafts, ceramics and woodworking. We are also looking for lifeguards and waterfront staff (we provide lifeguard training on site) to drive boats and supervise boating and swimming. Killooleet is a "traditional camp" (varied activities, full season, hikes, and overnight trips) that goes its own way. We are non-competitive and highly individual. Camper choice is central to our programming: the schedule is flexible with free time and choice periods build into the daily plan. Strong cabin groups are built through working and playing together. JRC has been providing children with a unique summer experience since 1934. Our program is designed for kids ages 6-16 who are interested in being outdoors, having fun, and making lasting memories. Campers choose from our wide variety of daily activities, allowing independent decision-making, and giving each child the ability to customize the camp experience.
